NOTE:

When you send us Booking Form ( e-mail, mail or fax ), you will receive confirmation of reservation and pro forma invoice for full or advance payment.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Full payment can be made at the time of reservation or in two installments.
The installments consist of:

- Advance rate (25 % of the total price) - to be paid at the confirmation of reservation.
- The balance (75 % of the total price) - to be paid directly to the host upon arrival.

MONEY ORDER FROM ABROAD

Foreign guest can pay for their reservation to our account with money order.

The guest and Apartments Krupic share booking expenses. The guest assumes transfer bank expenses and Apartments Krupic carries receiving bank expenses.

Guest from Croatia can pay for reservation (advance payment) by payment slip directly to our account.

PAYMENT RECEIPT

In order to confirm reservation, the guest has to make the reservation payment within 7days after receiving pro forma invoice for advance payment.
When the guest fills and sends booking form (reservation application), for the next 7 days, the chosen date will be withdrawn from the market. Therefore, no other guest can reserve the same apartment during specified period.
Upon payment of the advance in the amount of 25% of the total price, you will receive confirmation of payment and information on the booked apartments.
If the Apartments Krupic does not receive the payment confirmation within the above specified terms, we will consider the reservation as cancelled.
